About Ben "Bob" Turkovic

Ben "Bob" Turkovic is a engineer, producer, and mixer, born and raised in Kansas City. In 2013 he received his Recording Arts Certification from Johnson County Community College where he also received the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Sound Design Award for his work on the production of 'Equus'. Soon after, he began freelancing as an audio engineer and producer.


For over 7 years he has been professionally working with artists in the studio to find, refine, and capture their sound. Ben has cut his teeth in studios across the midwest working with multiple genres including; Rock, Metal, Hardcore, Gospel, Indie, and Country.


Aside from his work in the studio, he has also spent years on the road touring as Drum Tech, Guitar Tech, Stage Manager, and Lighting Designer with various acts including; Norma Jean, Steel Panther, Nickelback, Shaman's Harvest, Daughtry, Trapt, In This Moment, and more.
